This program introduces the foundational skills of tennis with an oversized low compression ball on a smaller court. Players learn basic rally, serve and net play skills along with activities that build tennis specific coordination. Rules of play and “I am a Good Sport” behaviours are also introduced.

Through different drills and situations our pros will be working on increasing the power of your strokes, your shot accuracy, and developing reliable footwork. Learn to recognize what a “retriever”, a “placer”, or a “net rusher” is and find out how to play against them or how to play like them. Adult 2.0 equips our players with the skills and tactical knowledge necessary to effectively step into competitive tournament play.
