Individual Memberships
Tennis Nova Scotia is part of a national system that integrates membership, tournaments, leagues, and rankings across Canada. Tournament participants are able to manage their own profile, update their information as needed, and register directly for tournaments, events, clinics, and other Nova Scotia events.

Tennis Nova Scotia membership is a requirement for all tennis players in the province who wish to participate in sanctioned events throughout the year. Your membership gives you full access to our events for one calendar year, as well as other benefits such as:
- Player Gift
Each Tennis Nova Scotia member receives a gift for joining. These gifts can be picked up at the TNS office or at select tournament venues.
- Participate in all TNS sanctioned tournaments
Improve your game and gain some new friends by participating in the Tennis Nova Scotia sanctioned tournaments. The tournaments are an excellent way to keep up your skills and your fitness level throughout the year. A variety of events are available. Register now! (Tournament fees vary per event)
- Acquire a Tennis Nova Scotia Ranking
With Rogers Rankings it’s easy and convenient to follow your advancement in tournaments. See how you measure up against your friends!
- Play in tournaments across the country
Regardless where you play, individuals can enjoy playing privileges in all Canadian provinces. Just use your username and password when participating in a camp or tournament.
- Participate in all TNS courses, camps & clinics
Always wanted to become a certified coach or instructor? Now you can! Your Tennis Nova Scotia Player membership will give you access to a variety of courses, camps and clinics. Just check the schedule and register! (Course fees vary)
- Register on-line
Members are now able to register for tournaments on-line, receive an e-mail newsletter and track their ranking. It’s just that easy!
Club Membership
Tennis Nova Scotia works closely with member tennis clubs to promote the growth of tennis in Nova Scotia. Here are some of the benefits of becoming a TNS member club:
- promote club employment opportunities, tournaments and clinics on the TNS website.
- generate income by hosting TNS sanctioned tournaments.
- receive discounts on equipment, balls and Tennis Canada materials.
- professional development visits from TNS trained staff.
