Free Tennis Event : Saturday, June 2nd: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Tennis Nova Scotia will be hosting a Free tennis singles event this Saturday June 2nd at the Halifax Commons in Halifax. This event is open to all tennis players outside the top 25 in the TNS Rankings. No previous tournament experience necessary. To register please contact TNS at 425-5450 ext 318 or tennisns@sportnovascotia .ca by Wednesday May 30th at 5:00pm. Play will begin at 9:00am on Saturday morning. Come out and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to play tennis !!

Club Pro 1 Course - Halifax: Friday, June 8th: 4:00 - 7:00pm
Tennis Nova Scotia will be holding evaluations for a Club Pro 1 certification course on Friday, June 8th at the Waegwoltic Club in Halifax from 4-7pm. 2012 Atlantic Coaches Conference: June 16th (All Day)
The date for the 2012 Coaching Summit will be Saturday, June 16th. Please be advised that we will also be holding a wheelchair seminar on Friday, June 15th for any coaches looking for professional development in this area. Instructor Course - Halifax: June 21 - 24th
Tennis Nova Scotia will be holding a Level 1 Instructor course from June 21st-24th at the Waegwoltic Club in Halifax. The course will run from 9am-4pm each day. The registration fee of $350 will cover all materials and will include a 1 year membership to both Tennis Nova Scotia and the Tennis Professionals Association which will provide many discounts and coaching resources to new Instructors. Atlantic Junior Championships: July 12 - 15th
South End Tennis Club & Inglis St Tennis Courts, Halifax.
Come and see the best U12, U14, U16, & U18 boy and girls from across the Atlantic provinces. The tournament serves as a qualifier for the Canadian Junior National Championships to be held in August. Matches will be running all day at both venues and spectators are welcome.
